About Us

Gulfcoast Granola was born in 2023 and made official early 2024 by Susan Pauer, an avid outdoorswoman who recognized the need for a sustainable, high-energy snack when out on the water or on the mountain trail.  

A midwestern gal turned Floridian, Susan pursued her passion for the salt life and science, chasing fish spearfishing and earning her Masters in Science. She has always loved nature and the ocean and is excited to bring a homemade, ecofriendly-packaged and customizable snack to your adventures!
